I'll be discussing real estate development, financing, and sales training.
I am an internationally-credentialled commercial arbitrator. As the opportunity arises, I will also drop in some comments about alternate dispute resolution. Every once in a while, I may talk about some interesting arbitration matters. One of the hallmarks of arbitration is that the proceedings are private. As the arbitrator, I often cannot discuss the dispute, the disputants, the results, etc. But, occasionally, there are some things that I may be able to pass on.
Blog visitors will tell me if there is any interest in others' disputes.
When I make any recommendations, or comments, they will be based on my opinion of those I talk about. I won't recommend anything / anyone that I would not retain, hire, engage, etc. I also won't avoid recommending those who are very good at their craft, profession, jobs, etc., but are not even necessarily user friendly. Just highly competent.
